Jessica Torres-Garcia Claim

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My specialization is working with children and teenagers’ grades K-12. However, I also work with adults facing various difficulties in their lives. My areas of expertise include anxiety, emotional regulation, trauma, mood disorders, depression, social skills, and behavioral concerns to name a few. I also speak both Spanish and English. As a counselor, I find that empowering clients and meeting them where they are right now is essential in my work. I want to thank you for taking the first step in looking for a counselor.
