Rebecca Alperin Claim

Dr. Alperin received her undergraduate degree from Chatham University with honors in psychology. She earned an MS in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University and an MA in psychology from the University of Toledo. Dr. Alperin earned her doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Toledo in 2004, and completed a post-doctoral fellowship through the Northwest Ohio Psychology Consortium with an emphasis on treating children and adolescents.

Dr. Alperin worked for several years at a local community mental health center before starting private practice in 2010. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral and adjustment issues. She also has experience working with children diagnosed with Asperger’s Disorder. Dr. Alperin conducts psychological testing to help clarify diagnostic questions and provide appropriate treatment recommendations for children and their families.
