I have a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Toledo, Masters Degree in Business Administration from Tiffin University and a Bachelor Degree is in Forensic Psychology. I have extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and related modalities, such as Acceptance and Commitment and Exposure therapies. All of which are active forms of therapy to help you learn to engage, interact and handle your thoughts and feelings more effectively.

I am from Boston, yes I do talk funny, so I have been told. I love to incorporate humor into my work and my home life. I love Dr Seuss. I also bring new office puppy to the office to provide support to us all! Remember he’s in training!
