Genuine personal growth and self-understanding will lead to improved self-appreciation. This, through its positive impact manifests in improved relationships with others in personal and work settings. Personal growth and relational improvement then, are both emphases and expected outcomes of my practice.

Special Interests: Helping teens with their school, peer, and family relationships; grandparents in parenting roles; marriage counseling.

Education, Experience, Training and Certifications: BA Sociology/Social Science, MA Professional Counseling/School Counseling. Sixteen years as a school counselor and 4 years working in a residential setting with adjudicated youth. 14 years classroom teaching. 8 years as an Adjunct Professor training counselors.
